Steel structure is a new type of structural form developed from building materials, which includes all steel structures used under flat roofs. Light steel structures not only have a light weight, consume less stainless steel plates, and have a faster construction speed, but also possess extremely strong seismic resistance capabilities and can enhance the comprehensive seismic resistance characteristics of buildings. They are currently one of the most commonly used structures in factories.
Steel structure factory buildings are composed of raft foundation, columns, steel purlins, sides and walls.
Adopting a flat roof not only reduces the cross-sectional specifications of columns and beams but also basically reduces them relatively.

4. The rigid frame can adopt a variable cross-section, and the cross-section is directly proportional to the bending moment. When changing the cross-section, the height-to-width ratio and thickness of the web plate as well as the total width of the flange can be adjusted as necessary to ensure that the material is fully utilized.
5. The web of the rigid frame can be designed according to a reasonable total width scheme, that is, a part of the web is allowed to be unbalanced, and its compressive strength after bending can be utilized.
6. Longitudinal loads are generally the control loads of the design scheme, but when the wind load is large or the building is tall, the effect of the wind load cannot be ignored. In the rigid frame of the light flat roof door frame, the seismic disaster effect generally cannot control the effect.
7. The support points can be made relatively lightweight. It can be immediately or connected to the web with a horizontal connection point plate, and a tensioned round steel can be used.
8. The prefabricated components of the steel structure factory building can all be fabricated in the factory, with a high level of modernization. The prefabricated component modules can be divided into sections according to the transportation standards. The modules are connected on-site with anchor bolts in the middle, which is convenient and quick to install and requires less civil engineering work.
