How to prevent fire in container mobile houses

The container mobile home installation company explained that with the continuous innovation of container technology, the use of container products is becoming increasingly common. While containers have many advantages, they also have a well-known disadvantage: flammability.

1. Care must be taken when laying electrical wiring: All wires should be laid openly and enclosed in flame-retardant tubing. Lighting fixtures should be kept a safe distance from the wall. Fluorescent lamps should use electronic ballasts; coil-type ballasts are not acceptable. When wiring passes through color-coated steel sandwich panel walls, porcelain tubes or other non-combustible plastic tubing must be used. Each mobile home must be equipped with a qualified leakage protection device and short-circuit overload switch.

2. When using mobile homes as dormitories, doors and windows should open outward, and beds should not be placed too close together, leaving safe passageways.

3. Fire emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, should be installed inside and outside the mobile home in accordance with relevant regulations. Regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out to ensure proper function of the firefighting equipment.

Fourth, units must conscientiously implement the fire safety responsibility system, provide fire safety training to employees, and enhance their awareness of fire safety.

Five, strengthen routine fire safety management in prefabricated buildings. High-power electrical appliances are prohibited in prefabricated buildings, and all power sources must be promptly disconnected upon leaving the room. Open flames are prohibited in the rooms, and prefabricated buildings must not be used as kitchens, power distribution rooms, or storage for flammable and explosive materials.
