Steel structure engineering is currently in a stage of rapid development. Due to its light weight, simple and fast construction, flexible layout, and strong bearing capacity, steel structure engineering is widely used in construction projects.
Firstly, there is the issue of raw materials in steel structure engineering. In the early stage of preventing and controlling the transportation of raw materials, there was no use of pallets to level them, but rather random unloading and placement. The placement site was not specifically cleaned, and various debris was placed haphazardly, resulting in damage, deformation, and contamination of the components.
During the production of steel structure engineering materials, the cutting and cutting of the flange plates are not standardized, with varying widths, resulting in inconsistent support with the accessories. There are deep cutting marks on the edges of the steel sections and seven rough indentations on the edges of the steel plates, all of which are incorrect.
Secondly, there is the assembly issue of steel structural components. It is also a common problem that the centerlines of steel columns and beams are not marked or labeled when the components are produced and shipped. When welding H-beams without assembling the tire frame, there is a deviation in the height dimensions of the H-beams, and the web plate of the light steel is uneven. It was not calibrated before assembly. For drilling, strict review of the drawings must be carried out in advance, and the single row holes should be opened as double row holes. This problem must be avoided.
