Cooling of steel structure factory buildings is a comprehensive issue. Firstly, it is necessary to identify the key factors that affect the temperature of steel structure factory buildings, and focus on their treatment to achieve a good indoor environment and high cost-effectiveness.
1、 Ventilation and cooling of steel structure factory buildings
Due to the heat and water vapor generated by some machines in the steel structure factory building, if these hot gases and water vapor are not discharged in time, they will accumulate in the factory building, causing the temperature of the steel structure factory building to rise and affecting the environment of the steel structure factory building. The solution to these problems is to provide reasonable ventilation in the factory and install appropriate ventilation systems. Reasonable installation of exhaust system will significantly improve the air environment of steel structure factory buildings and significantly reduce the temperature of steel structure factory buildings.
Install a forced exhaust fan on the roof, and a power fan is a ventilation device driven by electricity. It has good exhaust effect and can adapt to ventilation in any environment. An unpowered ventilator is a ventilation device that relies on the principle of air convection for ventilation. When there is a difference in indoor and outdoor air environment, it will generate air flow, thereby eliminating indoor exhaust gas and hot air. 2、 Forced cooling of steel structure factory buildings
Forced cooling refers to the installation of air coolers on the roof of a factory building. The air coolers use the principle of water cooling to cool the air, and the strong exhaust fans transport the cold air to the indoor machines. It can keep the indoor temperature of the steel structure factory at a comfortable range of 26-30 ℃. Its power consumption is equivalent to 1/8 of that of an air conditioner. The cost is half of that of air conditioning, which is a good method for forced cooling of factories.
3、 Insulation and cooling of steel structure factory buildings
Steel structure factory insulation can isolate most of the solar radiation and conducted heat, reducing the formation of greenhouse effect indoors. This greatly reduces the temperature of the factory building and improves the environment of the steel structure factory building. There are two commonly used methods now:
Covering the roof of a steel structure factory with insulation cotton. Generally, glass wool is used as insulation cotton on the roof, with commonly used thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and a density of 10kg/m. Installation can generally reduce indoor temperature by 5-8 ℃. The construction process is complex. If insulation renovation is carried out on an old factory, the original roof needs to be removed, steel wire mesh needs to be pulled up, glass wool needs to be laid on the steel wire mesh, the original roof panel needs to be covered, and waterproof treatment needs to be carried out.
Spray efficient thermal insulation reflective coating on the roof panel. This product has excellent thermal insulation performance and can be coated on various surfaces such as metal, concrete, grey walls, wooden structures, asbestos tiles, plastics, fiberglass, rubber, etc. The coating is 0.25mm thick, and its effect is equivalent to that of 10cm-15cm glass wool. It can reflect 99.5% infrared and 92.5% visible light, with a high sound insulation effect of 68% and an average sound insulation effect of over 50%. Fireproof grade A, completely non flammable. Non toxic and safe, long-lasting and durable, with a service life of more than 15 years (detailed introduction can refer to the engineering material file). The temperature difference between the surface of the board after and before construction can reach up to 20 ℃, and the indoor temperature difference can reach 8-10 ℃. The energy consumption of the steel structure factory can be reduced by 30-70%.
